Safari Chefs has been delighted to share our passion for food and the culinary arts since 1995. We provide chef services to families, businesses and visitors in Southwest Berkshire County.
 
Safari Chefs specializes in farm-sourced prepared meals for home delivery.  We also offer culinary instruction, demonstrations and private in home chef services. 

At Safari Chefs we source the freshest available ingredients, all prepared to exacting standards.   We support sustainable and fair farming practices and source direct from farms engaged in organic farming practices.  Our committment to providing consumers with the best tasting and most nutritious foods, is possible only through the efforts of our local farmers, ranchers, fisherman and artisan food producers. 

In the Southwest Berkshires we are blessed with an abundance of local foods from producers in the Hudson Valley and New England.  In the Berkshires a variety of high quality ingredients are always readily available including stone fruits, produce, cheeses, local grass-fed beef and pastuered pork and lamb.  We also source some of the highest quality fish, shellfish and smoked fish direct from Boston and Maine.

The simple act of sharing good, healthy food brings pleasure and joy into our lives and gives us a chance to celebrate our ties to the land and each other.  If we stop to think about where our food comes from, who produces it and how it heals us we can begin to appreciate our inherent responsibility to be good stewards of the land.
